Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, completion, and execution of CloudOne sales-based, client-focused projects and programs. The Account Manager works with clients to define the scope of work from start to finish on each project for client accounts and utilizes management skills to establish timelines, identify resource requirements, provide a high level of customer satisfaction, ensure quality campaigns, and report back to the client about the results. The Account Manager also documents opportunities to integrate resources to fulfill client requests, adds services as needed throughout the relationship lifecycle and helps maintain effective communications and relationships between clients and team members.


  • Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of all CloudOne campaigns
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all third parties and vendors
  • Focus on acquiring additional revenue from existing clients as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our products.
  • Gather all project information including schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
  • Schedule Project follow up meetings as needed.
  • Mentor and provide expertise to other project team members.
  • Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, project team members, technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues
  • Identify, track, monitor and communicate issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of each campaign.
  • Facilitate amicable solutions to challenges that arise with all clients and internal resources during the campaign life cycle.
  • Identify and document opportunities to integrate IT systems and resources to fulfill project requirements.
  • Participate and communicate progress during department team meetings.
  • Utilize all current and available internal resources for client tracking, progress, and retaining client information in a data privacy sensitive manner.
  • Establishes strong relationships with key decision makers while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Handle queries about company products and services when working with dealers
  • Maintain account records as needed for efficiency
  • Meets customer needs and, offers options, resolves issues and follows up
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested


  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Products
  • Typing skills > 45 WPM.
  • Considerable ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external clients
  • Considerable ability to interpret technical procedures to clients and other personnel.
  • Considerable ability to give clear and consistent instructions to team members.
  • Considerable knowledge of and ability to utilize current word processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and Internet software.
  • Considerable problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Considerable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Knowledge of the major automotive industry a plus

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
